Great list, though I've had problems with some of these in the past. Have you heard of ReShip.com? I've been using them for a few months and have never had any issue with them.

I have been using Get My US Mail (http://getmyusmail.com) for over 6 years now and I am very happy about their service, they forward my US mail to Saudi Arabia on timely fashion and good price. I did not see them on the list,
