For Travel+Leisure, these annual rankings started back in 1996 and in each edition of the annual readers choice poll, one company has earned the top spot for large-ship cruise lines, Crystal Cruises.

Crystal Cruises constantly came in at the top of the list for customer satisfaction. Readers of Travel+Leisure were surveyed and asked to select the best cruise lines based on their opinion of the cabins, food, service, available itineraries and destinations, activities and overall value. According to the poll results, as tallied ROI Research Inc., Crystal Cruises ruled all others in each area.

Each of the cruise lines listed are located all around the world and travel to almost anywhere you can think of. They make sure that while you're on their cruise line that you get the best service and experience possible.
