The Middle Man
“ A little bit X-Files, a little bit Doctor Who, a pinch of originality and a whole lot of whit, the Middle Man was one of the greatest tv shows to ever air. Sadly this brilliant show didn't get the wide exposure it deserved and ABC family didn't show enough faith and refused to renew. We're not going to get many more chances for more shows this good if people refuse to be early adopters and try shows in their first seasons. „ - 2
Jennifer Esposito, Kiele Sanchez, Laura Breckenridge More“ That is one attractive cast. I mean seriously... just look at them. This soapy comedy was on the last year of the WB and was not one of the shows that carried over to the CW. It was fun, light, and entertaining and contained just enough melodrama to be relatable. See what I did there? „ - 3
Bret Harrison, Allison Hossack, Missy Peregrym More#11 on the ultimate list“ This was one of the funniest shows on tv. It was well produced and excellently acted. One of the few genre shows to balance a MOTW (moster of the week) with its overarching storylines well, Reaper was struck down, just as it was getting into incredibly interesting storyline territory. You can blame the CW's decision to focus on a female audience for this brilliant show getting kicked to the curb. „ - 4
Michael Showalter, Michael Ian Black, David Wain“ Absurd and obtuse humor is not often well received by everyone. This show was a little hard to understand by a lot of folks, but those of us that got the jokes loved it, and wish for another season more than anything. „ - 5
Party Down
Megan Mullally, Jane Lynch, Martin Starr More - 6
Mehcad Brooks, Matt Long, Nicole Ari Parker More“ The Deep End was billed as Grey's Anatomy w/ lawyers. It pretty much delivered on that promise. As far as legal dramas are concerned, it at least tried to bring some originality to it's cases. It was a fresh show in a tired genre and it's a shame it didn't get an opportunity to show off it's good. „ - 7
Mercy Reef
Denise Quiñones, Justin Hartley, Ving Rhames More“ This show got canceled before it even had a chance to air. The pilot to Mercy Reef was a bonafied hit on Itunes, but the aquaman inspired series never came to pass. The show did everything right, unfortunately the CW just didn't see the potential. luckily the star was able to impress producers enough to come back to the cw as the Green Arrow on Smallville. „ - 8 Don Francks, John Leyton, Marino Mase#14 on the ultimate list
