U.S. Presidents That Best Handled a Crisis

List Criteria: Must be a U.S. president who faced and overcame an international or domestic crisis

This is one of my favorite topics when it comes to our 44 U.S. Presidents. I find it very intriguing to know which of our presidents have best handled crisis situations. Perhaps this could determine the best character or could be our smartest presidents. From the Civil War to World War II to The Cuban Missile Crisis to 9/11, how well a president handles crisis may determine our best presidents or just the best ones under pressure. My list has been started in reverse order from Obama to Washington. Please vote and re-arrange them the way you feel is the right order for this list. If someone is curious to know, JFK would top my list, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Please vote so I know where everyone stands. Thanks for your time.
