Longhorn Network
Parent Company: Disney & ABC with aide of the University of Texas and the Big 12 Conference.
biggest shortcomings:
overpaying talent, not given other big 12 teams anything in return, trying to air high school football, being more about rerouting athletes than about being a part of the university. not taking advantage of Austin activates.
what has or is working:
staying on the air and keeping the 12 confidence around, letting the heat die down, not shutting the door on other universities networks from being made someday in the big 12 (like univ of Oklahoma or the univ of Kansas.)

not getting anything noteworthy on the air. letting go of there roots, not using the tech tv meager enough. airing worn out tv shows from other stations.
