Act 1

ACT 1, is an American R&B music group. It was founded and managed by Shamar Thomas in 2008 with Young Haze, D-Hush, and Tone as members. The group was formed by Desmond (D-Hush) Dennis and Antonio (Tone) Stith on November 9, 2007. Looking for two other members, Desmond soon brought in his child hood friend Marcus (Young Haze) Bell in on the act, who became their rapper. Their choreographer, Alfonso Dennis (Desmond’s brother), gave them the name, ‘ACT 1.’ Spring of 2007, ACT 1 released their first single "Unusual". Ride With Me was released Summer of 2008.
