Andres D. Bautista

Andres D. Bautista is the current Dean of Institute of Law at Far Eastern University, a private, non-sectarian university in Manila, Philippines. He is a Member of the Consultative Commission on Charter Change, an independent body formed in 2005 by President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo to propose revisions to the 1987 Philippine Constitution. Bautista remains one of the most active legal practitioners and educators in the Philippines. He is a frequent resource speaker on topics concerning Philippine constitutional law and the state of legal education and profession in the country.
