Andrew Volpe

Andrew Francis Volpe (born on January 4, 1980 in St. Louis, Missouri) is a St. Louis musician and composer, and the lead singer and rhythm guitarist of the band Ludo. Volpe began singing at age 8 and started playing guitar 10 years later because his sister had one that she never played, and it looked "invitingly lonely". He plays a Fender DeVille. He started making music in band class, playing the clarinet in the fifth, sixth, and seventh grades; then switching to alto sax, which he played through the twelfth grade. He has an older sister named Michelle Volpe Roe who is married with two boys and a younger sister named Teresa Volpe.
