Anne-Marie Cortez

Anne-Marie Cortez is a fictional mutant character in the Marvel Comics Universe who first appeared in X-Men vol. 2, #1 Little is known of Anne-Marie Cortez apart from that she is the sister of Fabian Cortez, one of the better-known Acolytes. She is among the first mutants to join Magneto as one of his Acolytes, but later dies when Asteroid M, the homebase of the Acolytes, crashes from orbit. Cortez' powers were never seen or mentioned on-panel in the comics. Marvel RPG states she had psychic powers.
