Arkam Asylum

Arkam Asylum was a UK cyberpunk/coldwave band, formed in 1999, and signed to Wasp Factory Recordings. The band￢ﾀﾙs final performance was at the Cowley Club in July 2004, although their recordings are still distributed by Line Out Records. The band, known as AA to fans, formed in the seaside town of Brighton around the same time as bands like Freudstein and Swarf, both of whom were also signed to Wasp Factory Recordings. The name of the band is a modified version of Arkham Asylum, the ￢ﾀﾜh￢ﾀﾝ having been removed for legal reasons.
