Band AKA

Band AKA was an American male vocal/instrumental group, who had two singles in the UK singles charts during the 1980s. The first was called "Grace", which entered the chart on 15 May 1982. It reached a high of number 41, and was in the charts for 5 weeks. The second was "Joy", which entered the chart on 5 March 1983, and reached number 24, remaining in the charts for 7 weeks. The title-track from their album "Stepping Out" was also a popular club track, although never released as a single.
