Barry O'Farrell

Barry Robert O'Farrell MP, (born 24 May 1959) is an Australian politician and is the 43rd Premier of New South Wales, Minister for Western Sydney, Leader of the New South Wales Liberal Party and a Member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly representing Ku-ring-gai for the Liberal Party since 1999. Born in Melbourne, Victoria, in 1959, O'Farrell moved with his family to Darwin in the Northern Territory, where he finished his education at St John’s College. In 1975 O'Farrell moved to Canberra to study at the Australian National University, where he gained a Bachelor of Arts.
