Bill Mundy

Dr. Bill Mundy works in United States real estate appraisal. Formerly the land economist for Weyerhaueser Corporation, in 1976 he founded Mundy Associates, now known as Greenfield Advisors. He is a fellow of the Weimer School of Advanced Real Estate and Land Economics Studies, a former chairman of the board of the Real Estate Counseling Group of America, and is credited with introducing the concept of stigma into the real estate appraisal lexicon. Mundy is a graduate of Washington State University and holds a Ph.D. in business from the University of Washington. He is the author or co-author of numerous books, chapters, and journal articles in real estate, most recently Environmental Valuation with Dr. John I. Carruthers.
