Blackbaud Stadium

Blackbaud Stadium is a soccer-specific stadium located on Daniel Island in Charleston, South Carolina, that opened in 1999. Charleston Battery call Blackbaud Stadium home. Its nickname is Battery Park. Blackbaud Stadium was the first privately funded soccer specific stadium in the United States. Blackbaud Stadium seats 5,100 people, mostly in two large stands on either side of the field. The stadium is modeled on smaller, lower-division English soccer stadiums. It features an on-site pub, called "The Three Lions".
