Botany Downs Secondary College

Botany Downs Secondary College is a coeducational secondary school in Howick, Auckland, New Zealand. The school is governed by a Board of Trustees. There are approximately 1800 students along with 140 permanent teachers. The logo design uses the circles of the Beta and Delta characters from the Greek alphabet. The Whanau system in BDSC is designed to create a 'family' atmosphere; a "home away from home". It encourages a sense of a community based learning environment.
