C.A. Lance Piccolo

Mr. Piccolo has been Chief Executive Officer of HealthPic Consultants, Inc., a private consulting company, since September 1996. From 2004 until December 2006, Mr. Piccolo also served as Chairman and CEO of Benchmark Medical, Inc. (now known as Physiotherapy Associates), a leader in outpatient rehabilitation services. From August 1992 until September 1996, he was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Caremark International Inc.
