Cahir O'Doherty

Cahir O'Doherty (born 1977) is a musician and songwriter from Derry, Northern Ireland. He is the vocalist and guitarist in the alternative rock band Fighting with Wire. O'Doherty is also a member of the Derry/London band Jetplane Landing, in which he plays lead guitar. As of 2006 Cahir has also taken on bass duties for indie band Seafood (usually when on tour). O'Doherty actively encourages the development of young talent and on numerous occasions he has not only offered his advice to bands, he has personally helped them.
