China Flying Dragon Aviation

China Flying Dragon Aviation (中国飞龙专业航空公司) is an airline based in Harbin, Heilongjiang, People's Republic of China. It operates short-haul passenger and cargo charter flights, as well as maritime surveillance, aerial photography and forestry protection services. Its main base is Harbin Taiping International Airport. The airline was established and started operations in 1981. It is owned in a joint venture by the Harbin Aircraft Manufacturing Corporation and the Ministry of Geological Mineral Resources.
