Clarita Carlos

Clarita Carlos is a respected political analyst and academician in the Philippines. She is currently President of the Center for Asia Pacific Studies Inc., and a full-time professor at the University of the Philippines, Diliman. Clarita Carlos received a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service at the University of the Philippines, where she also earned master’s and doctorate degrees in Political Science. She pursued her post-doctoral degrees in Political psychology and Comparative Foreign Policy Analysis at Cornell University and University of California at Los Angeles respectively.
