Jordan McElveen (born December 2, 1985), better known by the stage name COMP, which stands for "Clever On Many Perspectives" is an American rapper who was signed to Def Jam in 2000-04. He didn't release his debut album until 2009 under Bang-A-Rang/Shape Shifter Entertainment. Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, COMP a.k.a. Jordan McElveen has made several marks in the industry ranging from soundtrack credits and film debuts to being heard and seen on video games.
