Compliant

Compliant is an American industrial rock band that was formed in Chicago, Illinois and is headed by frontman David Downs. Compliant became the solo project of David Downs in 2002 after leaving his home town of St. Louis, Missouri and his first industrial band, Solemn the Orchestra (Adam Evans of Eeva and Horrorwitz playing drums, synth, and guitar with David Downs as lead singer, synths, guitar, and production). Compliant came to Chicago during the short lived re-emergence of the industrial music scene that began sometime before 2002.
