Constellation Place

Constellation Place (formerly known as MGM Tower) is a 491-foot (150-meter)-tall skyscraper in Century City, California. It houses the headquarters of Houlihan Lokey, International Creative Management (ICM), and International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC). It used to house the corporate headquarters of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM). MGM moved the headquarters out of the facility after August 19, 2011, and it relocated the headquarters to Beverly Hills, California. It was constructed from 2001 to 2003 and has 35 floors.
