Crash McLarson

Chad Larson is an American musician, best known as the co-founder and bass guitarist for the Orange County rock band The Aquabats, of which he performs under the stage name and persona of Crash McLarson. Larson has been a member of The Aquabats since the group's inception in 1994. In the earliest days of the band, he played trombone before switching to bass guitar. Alongside lead vocalist Christian Jacobs, Larson is one of only two original members in the current Aquabats line-up, and as such is considered by some as the band's "second in command".
