D. Scott Dibble

David Scott Dibble is a Minnesota politician and a member of the Minnesota State Senate who represents District 60, which includes portions of the city of Minneapolis in Hennepin County. A Democrat, Dibble was first elected to the Senate in November 2002 and reelected in 2006 and 2010. He previously served one term in the Minnesota House of Representatives, representing District 60B. Dibble serves on the Senate Energy, Utilities and Telecommunications, State Government Innovation and Veterans, and Transportation committees.
