Daniel Mulville

Daniel R. Mulville (born 1939) is an American engineer who served briefly as Acting Administrator of NASA in 2001. Mulville received his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering in 1962, a master's degree in engineering in 1966 from The George Washington University and a Ph.D. in structural mechanics from Catholic University in 1974. He also attended the Industrial College of the Armed Forces in 1986. Mulville served as the Structures Technology Manager at the Naval Air Systems Command from 1979 to 1986.
