Dehloran County (Persian: شهرستان دهلران) is a county in Ilam Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Dehloran. At the 2006 census, the county's population was 58,993, in 11,376 families. People speak Kurdish and Luri. The county is subdivided into three districts: the Central District, Zarrinabad District, and Musian District. The county has four cities: Dehloran, Musian, Meymeh, and Pahleh.
