Dine Alone was until recently closely associated with Distort Entertainment's president Greg Below. Dine Alone Records was founded by Joel Carriere in early 2005 with associate Greg Below (Distort Entertainment). The label began by debuting City And Colour with Sometimes. Working with Dallas Green achieved immediate success and profit. This allowed Dine Alone to sign other bands such as Bedouin Soundclash.
