Today it operates as a subsidiary of Universal Music Group, and is distributed by The Island Def Jam Music Group. Disturbing tha Peace was founded in 2000 by Christopher "Ludacris" Bridges,manager Chaka Zulu, and Zulu's brother Jeff Dixon.
