Donato Bilancia

Donato "Walter" Bilancia (born July 10, 1951) is a serial killer who murdered 17 people – nine women and eight men – on the Italian Riviera in the seven months from October, 1997 to May, 1998. He was sentenced to 13 terms of life imprisonment, with no possibility of release. Bilancia was born in Potenza, in southern Italy, in 1951.
