The Elisos is a river that flows entirely in Corinthia in the northeastern Peloponnese in Greece. The river begins in the mountains of Nemea to the south and are filled with rocks and grasslands with traces of trees, it enters the valley with Nemea and into the mountains of mixed grasslands and forests as well as plenty of mountains, the river enters Corinthia's major plain and within the towns of Stimanika, Sicyon and near the centre of Kiato, the river enters the forested area whereas its length is wider, the river runs under the GR-8A/E65 (Athens - Corinth - Patras) and east of the main road (see Kiato-Stymfalia Road) and near the centre of Kiato with the bridge of the old GR-8 and empties into the Gulf of Corinth near its beach and...
