Emily Biggs

Emily Louise Biggs (born 16 March 1990) is an English singer and member of girl group Parade. She entered the The X Factor in 2007 as a solo artist and got to boot camp. She was previously a member in the band Hope, which were formed on the X Factor. In 2009 the band's official website was taken down and they later disbanded. At the age of 17, Biggs auditioned for The X Factor (UK) as a solo artist but only got to boot camp. Later, Louis Walsh suggested that she and five other girls should re-audition as a six-piece band called Hope. After reaching the judges' homes stage, they were told that they had made the final twelve. Hope was eliminated on 1 December 2007 by public vote.
