Epiphanies

"Epiphanies" is the sixth and penultimate episode of Series 1 of English television series Spaced. It aired on 29 October 1999 and was written by Jessica Stevenson and Simon Pegg and directed by Edgar Wright. The episode opens with a flashback of Brian Topp in a bar, flanked by people singing and dancing to "Come on Eileen". He accidentally topples one of the men's drinks from their hand and Brian gets punched in the face. Tim and Daisy are in the apartment, watching the telly and Mike is pretending to do military work in a wood. Tyres, a friend of Tim's, suddenly appears at their apartment and is undergoing a series of mood swings.
