Estadio Cuauhtémoc

Estadio Cuauhtémoc is a football stadium in Puebla, Puebla (110 kilometres east of Mexico City). The stadium, which has a capacity of 42,648 seats, is the home of Puebla F.C., it's one of the best and very historical football stadium in Mexico, being currently the fifth biggest stadium in Mexico in term of its capacity. It belongs to other Puebla's team well known as Lobos de la BUAP. This stadium has hosted two football World Cups: 1970 FIFA World Cup and 1986 FIFA World Cup. The stadium is close to the Puebla-Veracruz highway, next door to the baseball stadium Estadio Hermanos Serdán. The stadium is named after Cuauhtémoc, who was the last Aztec emperor.
