Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere

Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere is the second studio album by Canadian musician Neil Young, released on Reprise Records catalogue RS 6349. His first with backing band Crazy Horse, it peaked at #34 on the Billboard 200 and has been certified a platinum album by the RIAA. The album contains three songs that became standards in his performance repertoire: "Cinnamon Girl," "Down by the River," and "Cowgirl in the Sand," all of which were written when Young had a 103 °F (39.5 °C) fever. In 2003, the album was ranked #208 on Rolling Stone magazine's list of the 500 greatest albums of all time.
