Ex-Girlfriend was an all-female quartet formed by New Jack Swing Group Full Force signed on Reprise Records who began revival in 2008. Ex-Girlfriend is an female band, formed by R&B/New Jack Swing Group Full Force. The quartet hailing from Brooklyn, New York were signed to Reprise Records and released two studio albums before disbanding in 1994. Members include Monica Boyd, Julia Roberson, and Tisha Hunter, all later given the surname "X" to match their concept of "female militarism". In 1991 they released "Why Can't You Come Home", the first single from their debut album, "X Marks The Spot."
