Frank Albert Kaufman

Frank Albert Kaufman (March 4, 1916 – July 31, 1997) was a United States federal judge. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Kaufman received an A.B. from Dartmouth College in 1937 and an LL.B. from Harvard Law School in 1940. He was an Attorney, Office of the General Counsel of the U.S. Treasury from 1940 to 1941. He was an Attorney, Office of the General Counsel of the Lend Lease Administration from 1941 to 1942.
