Frank Almaguer

Frank Almaguer (born 1945) is a United States diplomat and career Foreign Service Officer. He has served in numerous positions with the US Peace Corps, The US Agency for International Development (USAID), the United States Department of State and the Organization of American States (OAS). Almaguer was born in Holguin, Cuba and grew up in Miami, FL. He gained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida (1967), and a Master of Science in Government Administration from the George Washington University (1974).
