Gahroo

Gahru (Persian: گهرو, also Romanized as Gahrū and Kahrū) is a city in the Central District of Kiar County, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 6,093, in 1,464 families. It is located approximately 40 km from Shahrekord. The town is one the bigger grape producing areas in Iran. The kohrang fruit juice factory is situated in Gahru.
