Gangwon Provincial College

Gangwon Provincial College, GPC, is a public college in Gangneung City, Gangwon Province (Gangwon-do), South Korea. Unlike most public tertiary institutions in South Korea, it is administered directly by the provincial government of Gangwon-do. GPC is well-known as a research and educational institute with modern facilities. Situated next to the Sea of Japan (East Sea) and Jumunjin Harbor, GPC enjoys the full benefit of the natural beauty of which Gangwon Province is famed.
