Green Light

Green Light is a 1978 album by Cliff Richard. It was his 31st studio album. Cliff Richard had seen a dip in popularity in the early 1970s until his 1976 album I'm Nearly Famous gave him major success. This comeback kept Richard regularly in the charts until the mid 1980s. Of the albums released during this period, Green Light was the only one which failed to make the top 10. It proved to be a particular disappointment in only reaching No.25 in the album charts and failed to provide any high charting singles. The lead single, "Please Remember Me" failed to chart at all, as did the follow-up, "Can't Take the Hurt Anymore".
