Institute of Technology Sligo (Irish: Institiúid Teicneolaíochta, Sligeach) (ITS) is a state funded third-level educational institution situated in the city of Sligo, Ireland. The Institute has three Schools and 9 Departments. The institute opened in 1970 as a Regional Technical College and adopted its present name on May 7, 1997. Professor Terri Scott has been Director of the Institute since October 2008 and Dr. Brendan McCormack is the current Registrar.
