International Black Sea University

The International Black Sea University (IBSU) was established in 1995 in Tbilisi, Georgia. Its mission statement mentions the goal of improvement of current educational cooperation between the Georgia and the Republic of Turkey. It accepts prospective students from Turkey according to the Turkish Öğrenci Seçme Sınavı (ÖSS) held by the Öğrenci Seçme ve Yerleştirme Merkezi (ÖSYM).
