James "Big Jim" Wright

James Quentin Wright (born in Rockford, Illinois) is an American record producer, musician, singer, and songwriter. He is a junior partner at Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis' Flyte Tyme Productions, although he occasionally can be seen as a main producer, as on Mariah Carey's 2009 album, Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel. Wright, affectionately known as Jimmy, was born in Rockford, Illinois where he attended Allen Chapel A.M.E. Church.
