James Edward Roe

James Edward Roe II (born August 23, 1973 in Richmond, Virginia) is a former American football wide receiver in the National Football League and the Arena Football League. He played for the NFL's Baltimore Ravens (1996–1998) and the AFL's San Jose SaberCats (2000–2008) where he also played linebacker. James Roe attended Henrico High School in Richmond, Virginia. He was an All-State honoree at Henrico High School playing for the varsity Warriors, an All-League honoree in basketball, and he also participated in track.
