Jarrad Paul

Jarrad Paul (born June 20, 1976) is an American actor and screenwriter. He moved to Los Angeles, CA after graduating from high school. During the 1990s, Paul had recurring roles on such shows as Legend and Home Improvement. In 1999, he co-starred with Jay Mohr in Action as screenwriter Adam Rafkin. From 2004-2009, he appeared on 6 episodes of Monk as Kevin Dorfman, Monk's neighbor. Films he has appeared in include 40 Days and 40 Nights, The Shaggy Dog, and Yes Man.
