Jill Vidal

Jill Vidal, often referred to as Wei Si or simply as Jill, was a Hong Kong-based female urban pop singer. Vidal is of Chinese, Korean, and Filipino ethnicity with British nationality. Her twin sister Janice Vidal is also a singer in Hong Kong. Vidal and her then singer boyfriend Kelvin Kwan were arrested in Tokyo on 24 February 2009 over allegations of possession of marijuana. Her boyfriend was released after 32 days' detention; Vidal was later charged with a small amount of her own possession of heroin – heroin weighing a total of 1.36 grams was found in her luggage in her hotel room.
