Joe Somerville

Joey Somerville (born 15 August 1970 in Dublin) is an Irish football manager, who was last in charge of Kildare County in the League of Ireland. He spent his playing days with Bohemians in the 1990s. Somerville played for Bohemians amongst others during his playing career. He made his competitive Bohs debut as substitute in the Leinster Senior Cup tie against Glenmore Celtic in August 1990. Despite this, he struggled to make the first team during his time at Dalymount Park. After spending some time coaching in the schoolboy section, Somerville took over the senior team at Cherry Orchard in 2006 and led them to a Leinster Senior League Premier Division title in his first season.
