Joel Asarch

Joel K. Asarch became a Nassau County District Court Judge in January 2001. He has also served as an adjunct professor teaching New York Civil Procedure at Touro Law Center in Long Island. He earned his bachelor of Arts and Master Degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He earned his Juris Doctor from Yale School of Law. He writes a regular column on Civil Procedure for The Nassau Lawyer, and is a contributor to One on One, the publication of the New York State Bar Association General Practice Section.
