Khudiram Bose

Khudiram Bose (Bengali: ক্ষুদিরাম বসু Khudiram Boshu) (3 December 1889 – 11 August 1908) was a Bengali revolutionary, one of the youngest revolutionaries early in the Indian independence movement. At the time of his hanging, he was 18 years, 7 months 11 days old—barely a legal adult. Khudiram Bose was born on 3 December 1889 in the village Habibpur near the town of Midnapur in the Midnapore district of West Bengal. His father Trailokyanath Basu was the revenue agent of the town of the Nadazol province. His mother was Lakshmipriya Devi.
