Kitiona Pasene (born 25 April 1987) is a rugby league player who currently plays for the Mount Albert Lions. He also has played for the Auckland Vulcans in the 2010 and 2011 NSW Cup. His position of choice is at Prop and Second row. Pasene is a Bay Roskill Vikings junior. played for the Bribie Island Warrigals in 2009. In 2010 he represented Mt Albert Lions in the Fox Memorial.
